摘要
介绍了常见几种低温甲醇洗工艺的共同点和区别,说明了流程中各个设备的原理及作用,分析了常见的净化气中的硫、二氧化碳和水含量超标,系统醇耗高、温度高等问题出现的原因及解决方案。认为不同工艺主要区别就是在换热器方面,目前国内主要采用的大多为鲁奇工艺和大连理工工艺,而大连理工工艺的性价比相对国外技术相对要高得多。
Introduced the similarities and differences of several common Rectisol Processes,illustrated the principle and function of various equipment in process,analyzed the problems cause and solutions such as the sulfur,carbon dioxide and water content exceeded standard in common purified gas,alcohol consumption was high in system,the temperature was high and so on.The main difference in different process was heat exchanger,at present;our country mainly adopted Lurgi process and DLUT process,and cost performance of DLUT process was much higher than the foreign technology.
