摘要
研究了超细锌铝复合粉浆的分离技术,确立了超细锌铝复合粉浆中超细锌铝复合粉和有机保护剂的离心分离方法,以及超细锌铝复合粉的干燥方法,从而制备出成分分析试样;通过对分析试样的成分检测方法研究,建立了超细锌铝复合粉中主量成分锌、铝的测定方法。
This paper studied the separation technology of ultrafine Zn-Al composite powder slurry,established a centrifugal separation method of ultrafine Zn-Al composite powder and Organic Solerability Peservatives in ultrafine Zn-Al composite powder slurry,as well as the drying method of ultrafine Zn-Al composite powder,thus prepared component analysis samples;Established the determination methods of Zinc and Aluminium which were main composition in ultrafine Zn-Al composite powders through studying the detection method of the composition of the samples.
