摘要
考察了原料处理方式、有机粘合剂、无机粘结剂和增强剂对己二酸二甲酯加氢合成1,6-己二醇催化剂的表面物理性质、宏观性能和反应性能的影响,并采用BET、颗粒强度仪及磨耗仪进行表征。结果表明,与完全干燥脱水的粉料用于挤条相比,洗涤后湿料脱去质量分数30%~40%水分后制备的催化剂强度高,有机粘合剂羟丙基甲基纤维素、无机粘结剂硅溶胶和质量分数分别在8%、0.3%、0.11%时,催化剂挤出性能好、强度高、表面结构合理、反应性能佳;挤条成型较压片成型催化剂综合性能较好。
Effects of raw material treatment ways,organic adhesive,inorganic adhesive and strength additive dosage on catalytic surface physical properties,macro performance and reaction performance in dimethyl adipate hydrogenation to 1,6-hexaned iol process were investigated and the catalysts were characterized by BET,particle strength meter and abrasion instrument.The results showed that the catalysts strength produced by completely dehydrated powder was less than by wet powder dehydrated 30% to 40% mass fraction water after washing used in extrusion.The catalyst had good extrusion performance,strength,surface structure,surface properties and reaction performance when mass fraction of organic adhesive HMPC and inorganic adhesive ludox were 0.3% and 1.11%.The catalyst had better comprehensive performance using extrusion molding method than tabletting molding method.
