摘要
作为一种新型的传播形态,微博具备了微型化、即时性、草根性、个性化和裂变式这5个特点。本文采用数据统计方式,从医院有无微博、微博粉丝数量和微博发布数量3个方面,阐述中国第一梯队医院的微博建设概况。通过近一年经营医院官方微博的实践,总结出医院微博的文化建设功能主要有:塑造医院品牌,提升医院对外形象;发布医疗信息,拓宽患者同医院的联系渠道;打造交流平台,增强职工归属感和医院凝聚力。医院微博的经营之道包括:坚持"内容为王"的原则;掌握更新频率和发布数量;推动微博的互动交流;适时宣传推广医院微博。
As one of the new forms of mass media, microblog has 5 characteristics of mini, promptness, popularity, individuality and fission. The paper explained the microblog construction in a hospital of China's first grade from the 3 aspects of with or without microblog, the number of microblog fans and the amount of microblog release with the method of data calculation. It also summarized, from the practice of the hospital's operation of formal microblog in nearly one year, the functions of microblog in the hospital's cultural construction, mainly: building the brand of the hospital, popularizing the hospital's public image, releasing medical information, broadening the means of communication between patients and the hospital, preparing a platform of exchanging to increase staff's inclination to and the cohesion of the hospital. The ways of the hospital's microblog operation includes: sticking to the principle of ' substance first', keeping informed the frequency of renewal and the releasing quantity, promoting mutual exchanges, timely popularizing the microblog of the hospital.
