摘要
在我国现行宪法监督制度与社会主义市场经济和法治原则不适应的条件下，我国确立宪法控诉体制是必然的。同时，建立宪法控诉制度有利于提高公民和国家机关的宪法意识，有利于树立宪法权威，有利于完善我国的宪法监督体制。
Under the condition that Chinese present Constitutional supervising system can't meet the demand of its socialist market economy and rule of law, It is an inevitable requirement for China to establish its constitutional accusation mechanism. Meanwhile, the establishment is advantageous to improve the constitutional ideology of citizens and governmental organs, to set up the constitutional authority and perfect our Chinese constitutional supervision system.
