摘要
目的:观察加味茵陈蒿汤治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床疗效。方法:将59例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿随机分为治疗组30例、对照组29例,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服加味茵陈蒿汤。1个疗程后统计疗效,并观察不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率72.4%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。均未发现明显不良反应。结论:加味茵陈蒿汤治疗新生儿高胆红素血症疗效确切,无不良反应。
Objective： To observe the effect of modified Yinchenhao Decoction in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods： 59 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia were randomly divided into treatment group（30 cases） and control group（29 cases）,control group was treated with conventional treatment and treatment group on the basis of control group was added oral modified Yinchenhao decoction.After 1 course,statistical analysis was made,and the adverse reactions were observed.Results： The total effective rate was 93.3% in treatment group and 72.4% in control group,and the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）.No obvious adverse reaction was found.Conclusion： Modified Yinchenhao Decoction in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia can get curative effect with no adverse reaction.
