摘要
目的:观察抽动1号口服液治疗多发性抽动症的临床疗效。方法:将65例多发性抽动症患儿随机分为2组,治疗组35例采用口服抽动1号口服液,对照组30例服用传统中药煎剂,观察2组的疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.2%,对照组为96.7%,2组总有效率比较,差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论:抽动1号口服液疗效接近于传统中药饮片煎剂。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Tic No.1 Oral Liquid on tourette syndrome.Methods： 65 cases were randomized into two groups：the treatment group in which 35 cases were treated by Tic No.1 Oral Liquid,and the control group in which 30 cases were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction.The clinical symptoms were observed.Results： The overall effective rate was 97.2% in treatment group and 96.7% in control group.The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： The clinical effects of Tic No.1 Oral Liquid and the traditional Chinese medicine decoction are similar.
