摘要
广东省中小企业在规模、管理、技术以及产业等方面的特点,使其在实施全面创新管理(TIM)提升自主创新能力方面具有自身的优势。本文从全面创新管理理论出发,构建了广东省中小企业应用全面创新管理提升自主创新能力的实施框架,通过实证研究发现,对于广东省中小企业而言,战略创新管理能力和技术创新管理能力是提升自主创新能力最为重要的两项能力。其次为长期市场能力和文化学习能力,并相应地提出了中小企业提升自主创新能力的管理对策。
The small and medium-sized enterprises （SMEs） in Guangdong Province have their？ own predominance in implementation of total innovation management （TIM） to enhance the independent innovation capability due to the features of scale, manage- ment, technology and industry. This paper, from the theory of total innovation management, builds the implementation framework for SMEs in Guangdong to enhance the independent innovation capabilities. Through empirical research, it believes that strategic innovation management capacity and technology innovation management capability for SMEs in Guangdong are the most important, followed by long-term market capability and cultural learning capability, and finally proposes management measures for SMEs of Guangdong to enhance the independent innovation capability.
