摘要
虽然我国弱势群体图书馆权利的法律保护体系初步形成,弱势群体图书馆权利得以确认,但弱势群体图书馆权利的切实落实还需要健全相关法律保护体系。我国应健全弱势群体图书馆权利法律保护体系,完善弱势群体文化权益表达机制,加大弱势群体图书馆权利救助,努力发挥法律现实作用,以切实保护弱势群体图书馆权利。
Although the legal protection system of library rights of disadvantaged groups in China initially formed, library rights of disadvantaged groups have been identified, the practical implementation of library rights of disadvantaged groups need to perfect relevant legal protection system. Our country should improve the legal protection system of library rights of disadvantaged groups, perfect the expression mechanism of cultural rights and interests of disadvantaged groups, increase the library right rescue of disadvantaged groups, and put efforts to playing a legal reality role, in order to ensure the protection of library rights of disadvantaged groups.
