摘要
提高农业机械上牌率、检验率和持证率水平,直接关系到农机安全生产和人民生命财产的安全,也是农机监理工作的重要职责。简述辽阳市农机"三率"现状,分析制约当地农机"三率"水平提升的主要因素,指出提升农机"三率"水平的途径,为创建平安农机、保障农机生产安全提供保障。
Improving rates of registration, inspection, and certification of agricultural machinery has a direct impact on the safe produc- tion and people＇s life and property security and it is also an important duty of agricultural machinery supervision. This article examines the present state of ＂three rates＂ of agricultural machinery in Liaoyang and major restricting factors and puts forward measures to boost the ＂three rates＂ in an effort to guarantee safe production.
