替吉奥静脉联合腹腔化疗治疗胃癌腹水临床观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨替吉奥静脉联合腹腔治疗方案在胃癌腹水中的临床疗效。方法选取2010年9月—2012年9月遵化市人民医院治疗的胃癌并发腹水的90名患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(替吉奥联合静脉和腹腔化疗组)45例,对照组(传统疗法组)45例,观察替吉奥联合静脉和腹腔化疗方案在胃癌腹水中的临床应用疗效。结果观察组2例腹水量为重度,比例为4.44%,明显低于对照组15.56%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后39例为有效,占86.67%,明显高于对照组(62.22%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论替吉奥联合静脉和腹腔化疗方案治疗胃癌并发腹水,效果较好,可以推广。
