摘要
目的探讨输尿管镜下钬激光治疗妊娠合并输尿管结石的疗效及其安全性。方法妊娠合并输尿管结石患者21例,保守治疗无效,行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术,观察手术术后效果及安全性。结果手术时间15～48min,平均24.8min。术后住院3～7d,平均4.1d。术后21例患者疼痛全部消失。所有患者均未出现先兆流产及胎儿异常。结论输尿管镜下钬激光治疗妊娠合并输尿管结石安全、有效。
Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of combination pregnancy and ureteral calculus with holmi- um laser under ureteroseope. Methods Twenty one patients were all undertake holmium laser lithotripsy, safety and effi- cacy were observed. Results The operation time was 15 - 48min which average was 24 min. The patients 3 - 7days in hospital after operation which average was 4. 1 days. The pain of all patients were disappeared after operation and no pa- tient occurred threatened abortion and fetal disorder. Conclusions The treatment of combination pregnancy and ureteral calculus with holmium laser under ureteroscope was effective and safe.
