运动疗法对尿毒症血液透析患者透析充分性的影响 被引量:30

摘要 目的探讨运动训练对维持性血液透析充分性的影响。方法将120例尿毒症血液透析患者随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组在常规护理的基础上进行每周3次的运动训练,对照组按常规护理,干预时间为12周。测定干预前后透析中两组患者尿素下降率、尿素清除指数。结果干预后,实验组患者尿素下降率、尿素清除指数较对照组明显增加(P<0.05)。结论患者进行运动训练可提高透析充分性和透析效果。 Objective To discuss the influence of Kinesiatric on fatigue for hemodialysis patients with uremia.Method 120 stable hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. On the base of routine nursing care, the experimental group did exercise training three times a week, including the ability training pre dialysis, treadmill training after within the first two hours of dialysis progress and 30 min athletic ability training in the dialysis progress. The control group receiving the routine nursing caret patients received appropriate guidance for the exercises in accordance with original habits. The invention time was 12 weeks. The sleeping quality of two groups before and after intervention was observed and compared. Result Anxiety and depression of patients in the experimental group after the intervention was lower than that in control group(P〈0. 5). Conclusion Exercise training can less sleeping disturbance and improve sleeping quality for hemodialysis patients with uremia.
