摘要
目的探讨构建艾滋病感染者全程管理策略及模式的应用价值。方法选择2011年3月～2012年3月由我院艾滋病咨询门诊进行快速HIV抗体初筛阳性、经自治区疾病控制中心确诊为HIV感染的患者60例,通过构建全程管理策略及模式对患者进行干预。于干预前、干预3个月、干预6个月对患者利用简体中文版MOS-HIV量表进行生活质量评价,分析各个维度评分变化;并调查艾滋病基础知识知晓率和统计随访率,分析该模式对知晓率及随访率的影响。结果本组病例随访率均在100%;三次调查数据显示,艾滋病基础知识知晓率分别是86.67%、90.34%、94.58%,呈持续增长趋势;干预结果显示,干预3个月后患者在健康感受、社会功能、情绪功能、健康转换健康压力等维度均较干预前有升高;干预实施3个月,心理健康总分较干预前升高;自评生活质量维度在干预实施6个月较3个月高。结论构建HIV感染者的全程管理策略及模式,可以提高随访率和HIV基础知识知晓率,有效改善HIV感染者的生存质量。
Objective To investigate the appliiation value of full processing strategy and mode for the management of HIV infections. Method 60 patients with HIV infection, which were HIV antibody positive in initial screen in our consulting outpatient and diagnosed by center of disease control of autonomous regions from March 2011 to March 2012, were included. The full strategy and mode was constructed to management patients. The quality of life was evaluated using simplified Chinese version MOS-HIV scale before intervention and 3 months and 6 months after intervention. And the basic knowledge of AIDS awareness and follow-up rate were also measured. Result The follow- up rate was 100% for the two times after intervention. Three times survey data showed that the basic HIV awareness rate were respectively 86.67%, 90.34% and 94.58%, which was in sustained growth trend. Intervention results showed that the score of general health, social functioning, emotional functioning and health transition were increased 3 months after intervention than that before intervention. The total mental health score was also increased after 3 months than that before intervention but the self-assessment quality of life dimensions was increased after implementation of 6 months than 3 months. Conclusion The construction of full processing strategy and mode for management of HiV infected people can improve the follow-up rate, basic HIV awareness rate and the quality of life of HIV infections.
