摘要
以小麦全蚀病菌为靶标菌,通过单因素试验和正交设计试验,对疮痂链霉菌许昌亚种SCY114发酵条件进行了优化.结果表明,疮痂链霉菌许昌亚种SCY114菌株的最佳发酵培养基的营养成分分别为可溶性淀粉20 g·L-1,黄豆饼粉40 g·L-1,MgSO4.7H2O 0.75 g·L-1,K2HPO41.0 g·L-1.最佳发酵条件:初始pH值7.0,发酵温度28℃,种子液种龄36 h,接种量6%,装液量70 mL三角瓶(250 mL),转速200 r·min-1,发酵时间5 d.
Media and fermentation conditions for Streptomyces scabiei subsp, xuchangensiz SCY114 were optimized by means of one-factor design and orthogonal design experiment methods using Gaeumannomyces graminis var. tritici as a target pathogen. The results indicated that the optimum cultural medium included soluble starch 20 g·L^-1, soybean meal 40 g·L^-1, MgSO4 · 7H2O 0.75 g·L^-1, and K2HPO4 1.0 g·L^-1. The optimum fermentation conditions were as follows: initial pH value 7.0, temperature 28 ℃ , seed-stage 36 h, inoculation volume 6% , medium volume 70 mL flask (250 mL) , rotational speed 200 r · min^-1 and incubated for 5 d.
