摘要
对不同品种彩色棉纤维品质、纤维素含量、蜡质含量研究结果表明,纤维素含量越高、蜡质含量越少,纤维品质越好;同时电镜检测结果发现,棕色棉和绿色棉纤维中色素分布位置具有较明显差异,细胞中色素含量越少,纤维品质越好。从总体材料来看,绿色棉纤维品质总体最差,个别经过改良的棕色棉纤维品质已经达到甚至超过对照白棉;棕色棉纤维品质可能和其色泽深度有关系,颜色越浅纤维品质越好,这可能是因为与白色棉杂交改良的结果。
The fiber quality, cellulose, wax and pigment content of different germplasm with different fiber color were surveyed in this study. The result indicated that fiber quality was positively correlated to cellulose content and negatively correlated to wax content. Furthermore, the investigation by electron microscopy demonstrated that the distribution location of pigment was signif- icant different in green and brown fiber cell, as well as the less the pigment content was distributed in fiber cell wall, the better the fiber quality was. Generally, the fiber quality of green cotton was the worst. However, the fiber quality of some brown cotton was even better than white cotton. This could be caused by the hybridization between brown and white cotton for fiber quality improvement. This study showed that the natural colored cotton fiber quality was related with cellulose, wax and pigment con- tent.
