摘要
美国汽车维修行业实行从业人员及教育培训机构认证制度,其职业技能鉴定遵循ASE标准,按照岗位分类分级进行评定;教育培训机构水平认证遵循NATEF标准,按照项目分类评价。基于对美国汽车维修职业技能认证体系的分析与探究,我国汽车维修职业教育与培训应进行改革:主管部门根据国内行业发展状况及时修订职业标准,细化从业人员职业能力要求,并按照不同岗位设置专项等级证书;改革当前试行的"理论+实操"考试模式;国家加强立法,对有关汽车维修的教育与培训机构实行办学准入制度;汽车制造商与服务企业参与职业技能标准的制定。
The automobile maintenance industry in the USA strictly carrys out certification systems for employees and edu- cational and training institutions. Its vocational skills certification abides by ASE standards, and the evaluation is done by classification and grading in terms of posts. The certification for level of education and training institutions follows NA- TEF standards, and the evaluation is done by classification according to items. Based on the analysis and research on the vocational skills certification system for automobile maintenance industry in the USA, Chinese vocational and technical edu- cation for automobile maintenance should be reform as follows: the department in charge should be based on the domestic industry development situation to revise the vocational standards in time and refine the requirements for employee vocation- al abilities and set up special grade certificates according to different posts; reform the current pilot "theory + practice" examination model; the governments should enhance the legislations to implement school-running access system for educa- tion and training institutions relating to automobile maintenance; the automobile manufacturers and service enterprises should join in the formulation of vocational skills standards.
