摘要
技术依存度是衡量一个区域自主创新能力的重要指标。本文在文献研究的基础上,比较了对外技术依存度的各类统计口径,引入购买国内技术经费支出和外资在华R&D经费内部支出指标,构建了对外技术依存度的测算指标和方法框架,对区域高技术产业对外技术依存度进行了测算与比较,提出了正确看待对外技术依存度指标的建议。
Technology dependence is an important index of weighing regional innovative capability. Different statistical standards of foreign technology dependence are compared based on the research on former papers. Expenditure of purchasing domestic technology and expenditure of foreign investment on R＆D are introduced as index. Index and method of measurement on foreign technology dependence are developed. Foreign technology dependence of regional high-tech industries is measured and compared. In addition, some suggestions on how to properly treat the index of foreign technology dependence are given.
