摘要
高职院校传统的封闭式实训教学存在一定弊端,不利于提升实训效果。构建高职院校开放式实训体系,要遵循时空原则、"三共"原则、"四实"原则,采取以下策略:适应实训教学全程式要求,建设开放式管理机制;开辟第二课堂,开展课外实训活动;构建技能竞赛体系,促进自主实训开展;依托校内实训基地,开展职业技能鉴定与培训工作;采用现代教育技术,拓展实训空间与时间。
The closed training teaching traditional way in higher vocational colleges has certain draw- backs, which is not conducive to improve the training effect. Constructing the open training system in higher vocational colleges should follow the space--time principle, the principle of Sankyo, four solid principles, taking the following strategies, adapting to practical teaching all program requirements, building an open management mechanism; opening a second classroom, carrying out after--class athletic training activities; building skills competition system, and prornot the self--training to carry out; relying on the school training base to carry out the professional skill appraisal and training work; using modern education technology, expanding training space and time.
