摘要
本文分析了深圳民营企业创新和发展的现状和问题,指出应从完善营商环境、破除人才瓶颈、加大政策扶持力度、完善科技创新公共服务平台建设等方面来进一步促进民营企业创新发展。
This paper examined the status and problems of innovation-oriented development in private enterprises in Shenzhen. It is pointed out that the strategy for further development should focus on improving business environment, breaking the bottleneck of talents shortage, offering more supporting policies and promoting the public service platform.
