摘要
本着一切从实际出发,具体情况具体分析的原则,从外部环境、内部条件、单位发展等方面入手,阐述了国有地勘单位在国家分类推进事业单位改革中的定位和应采取的操作办法,认为,必须谋划好总体方案,设计清晰的改革路线图,方能平稳有效地做好国有地勘单位分类改革工作,进而保障其可持续发展。
Base on actual conditions and the principle of certain condition with certain analysis, from the external environment, internal conditions, unit development and other aspects, the paper stated the position and necessary operation methods of the state owned geological survey unit in the reform of the state classified institution unit.
