摘要
新农村住宅建设是当前新农村建设的核心内容,同时,农村建设的城镇化,也是新农村建设和发展的必要趋势。该文将针对新农村中"非传统农户"的居住空间模式进行分析和探索,总结、归纳出一些切实可行的设计原则,希望在今后的社会主义新农村住宅建设中,对政府组织设计单位进行具体的住宅设计研究工作能起到一定的指导或参考作用。
The new countryside residence building construction is the core of the new socialism countryside construction. At the same time, the urbanization of the countryside is the inevitable trend of the new countryside construction and development. This article will analyze, explore and sum all practical design principle on the basis of the analysis of the residence space model of new countryside non-traditional farmer. Hopefully it will be useful for the design and research work organized by the government in the coming new socialism countryside residence building construction.
