摘要
该文以洛阳市万安山为例,具体探讨了以"边缘效应"为理论基础,针对山地型生态敏感区的保护利用方法。强调了对于敏感区生态保护与土地资源优化利用之间的耦合,进行保护性的开发利用。在规划中,发挥敏感区与城市之间、敏感区各个用地之间的边缘效应,进行可容性分析,发挥其最大效益。在土地利用规划中,针对山地地貌的三维特性,通过生态手段合理地结合自然要素与人工要素对用地进行划分,提供高效、安全的格局与良好的外缘景观。
With Wan＇an Mountain in Luoyang as an example, this paper specifically explores the use of methods of fringe effect as theoretical basis for the protection of mountain ecological sensitive areas. It emphasizes to optimize the use of the coupling between the ecological protection for sensitive areas and land resources, and the development and utilization of protection .We analyzes the fringe effect between sensitive areas and urban planning, sensitive areas of land between the edge effect, which could gain their maximum benefit. On the basis of the land use planning for the three-dimensional characteristics of the mountain landscapes through ecological means reasonable combination of natural elements and artificial elements, we divides the band to provide efficient, safe pattern and the outer edge of the landscape.
