摘要
目的 :探讨软组织肉瘤单纯手术与综合治疗的疗效。方法 :对37例患者术后加用放疗、化疗手段。结果 :全组5年生存率为50 %。经多次手术仍取得良好效果。单纯切除组3、5年生存率低于综合治疗组。结论 :术后加化疗加放疗可提高3、5年生存率。广泛切除是治疗软组织肉瘤的主要手段。肿瘤局部复发不应轻易放弃再次手术机会。
Objective:Softtissue sarcoma from janary the cases have a pathological diagnose,To probe the difference of the effect between simple surgical apply and multi_modalities apply.Methods:The 37 cases with wideranging resectin amputation were treated postoperative chemotherapy and radiotherapy which we adopted the programme of Aevp Combining IFN.Results:The over all 5_year survival rate was 50%,good effect was recieved after surgical therapy in every time.The over all 3_year survival rate with simple amputation is less than multi_modalities therapy. Conclusion :Postoperative chemotherapy and radiotherapy can increase the 3_year and 5_year survival rate.wide_ranging resection is the main means of to treat sottissue never abandon surgical chance when the local recurrence of the fumor.
