摘要
目的:观察超声引导下中医隧道拖线引流术治疗高位肛痈的临床疗效。方法:28例高位肛痈患者分为治疗组和对照组。以治愈率、术后生活质量为主要的观测指标,并对两种手术方法的卫生经济学评价指标进行比较。结果:两组疗效之间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。治疗组在降低术后疼痛、尿潴留、术后肛门渗液方面优于对照组(P<0.05),在术后肛门狭窄、病人满意度调查方面两组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。治疗组在住院时间及费用方面,优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导下中医隧道拖线引流术治疗高位肛痈可以缩短病程、降低住院费用、提高患者术后生活质量,减少复发率。
Objective:to observe the effect of drainage with TCM tunnel threading under ultrasonic guidance in treatment of high perianal abscess.Methods: 28 patients with high perianal abscess were divided into treatment group and control group.With recovery rate and postoperative life quality as surveying index,compare the estimating index of medical economics in both operations.Results: There was no significant difference between the curative effects(P>0.05).Treatment group was superior to control group in reducing postoperative pain,urinary retention and the anal effusion(P<0.05) while there was no significant difference in anal stenosis and patient satisfaction(P>0.05).Treatment group is superior in length of stay and the cost(P<0.05).Conclusion: under ultrasonic guidance,TCM drainage with tunnel threading in treating high perianal abscess is able to shorten the course of disease,cut down the cost,improve the quality of life after operation and lower the recurrence rate.
