摘要
目的:观察临床基础护理与康复护理对偏瘫患者肩 -手综合征上肢功能恢复情况及ADL能力的影响。方法 :偏瘫肩 -手综合征患者60例 ,随访分成观察组和对照组 ,每组各30例 ,两组病人均接受临床基础护理 ,观察组病人还同时应用必要的康复护理。结果 :观察组与对照组疗效比较 ,表明观察组明显优于对照组 ,护理后两组肢体功能均有不同程度的改善 ,ADL能力优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 :早期实施康复护理 ,有助于预防和减少偏瘫肩 -手综合征的发生 ,更好地发挥患肢功能 ,提高ADL能力 ,降低偏瘫的致残率。
Objective To observe the effect of clinical basic nerse and rehabilited nurse on recover and ADL of funcfion of upperlimb in hemiparalysis with shoulder_hand symptomgroup.Methods:The patients 60 cases was divided into groups of the observed and the controlled the 30 cases of each other,Two groups was done celinical basic nurse,The observed groups was nurved by rehabilitive way.Results:Comparison between observed and controlled.The curative effect of the observed group was better than controlled group.There are improve differently on funtion of limbs.ADL of observed group better than controlled group.Conclusion :Performent of Rehabilited nurse at early stage will prevent and decreased occur of shoulder_hand symptomgroup and increased ADL of the patient and to decrease rate of disability of hemiparalysis.
