摘要
目的 :观察夏季或冬季中药穴位贴敷法在慢性支气管炎中的应用。方法 :对472例慢性支气管炎患者 ,随机分为三组分别于夏天(三伏)、冬天(冬至、小寒、大寒)分别或同时予中药穴位贴敷治疗。结果 :临床控制109例(23.1 %) ,显效148例(31.4 %) ,有效161例(34.1 %) ,无效54例(11.4 %) ,其中冬季治疗及冬夏综合治疗疗效优于单纯夏季治疗。结论 :中药穴位贴敷法是防治慢性支气管炎的一种有效方法 ,临床上在遵从中医冬病夏治这一传统的同时 ,勿忘冬季中药穴位贴敷在慢性支气管炎防治中起重要作用。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of acupoint application with Chinese herbal medicine of chronic bronchitis in hot summerdays each year.Methods:472 cases of chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into three groups ,Each group was treated by acupoint appilcation in hot summer days ,in cold winterdays and in both seasons respectively.Results:The tolal effetive rate was 89.3%.The therapeutic effects in cold winter and in both seasons were superior to that in hot summerdays.Conclusion :Acupoint application provides a simple and convenient therapy for chronic bronchitis.Traditiondly patients of chronic bronchitis are treated in summerdays,but the results in dieate that prophylaxis and treatment of chronic bronchitis by acupoint application with Chinese herbal medicine in winter days can't be neglected.
