摘要
结合具体工程实例,介绍了桥梁建设过程中T梁预制施工工艺,着重分析了T梁预制过程中常见问题,提出了预埋件制作及安装注意事项,并阐述了混凝土的浇筑方法和养护条件,以确保工程质量。
Combining with the factual engineering cases, the paper introduces the prefabrication construction craft for T beam in the process of bridge construction, mainly analyzes some common problems in the prefabricating process of T beam, points out the manufacturing of the embedded parts and some precautions in the installation, and illustrates the grouting method and maintenance conditions of concrete, so as to ensure the engineering quality.
