摘要
以某扩建大跨度连续刚构桥悬拼施工为例,介绍了悬拼吊机的设计原则及预制悬拼施工工艺,并采用ANSYS建模,对机架结构进行了验算,实践证明,该悬拼吊机具有自重轻、加工简单、行走方便、综合指标较高的特点。
Taking an extension long-span continuous rigid frame bridge cantilever construction as an example, this paper introduced the design principle and pre-casting cantilever construction process of cantilever crane, and used ANSYS modeling, checked the rack frame, the practice proved that, the cantilever crane had the characteristics of light weight, simple processing, convenient walking, comprehensive index higher.
