摘要
目的 :观察以正骨推拿为主的治脊综合疗法治疗颈性心率失常的疗效。方法 :治疗组32例 ,在继续口服抗心率失常药物的基础上应用正骨推拿、颈椎牵引方法纠正错位的颈椎或上胸椎 ,辅以超短波热疗消除无菌性炎症 ,椎间或椎旁水针注射以稳定脊柱、巩固疗效。对照组常规药物治疗。结果 :综合治疗组优良率和总有效率 (88 % ,97 % )均较对照组 (40 % ,73 % )为高 ,P<0.01。结论 :因颈椎或上胸椎病变导致植物神经功能紊乱而引起的心率失常 ,常规药物治疗效果不佳 。
Objective:To observe the effect of arrhythmia related to spondylosis treated by comprehensive therapy that is involved in Bonesetting、Tuina、traction and so on.Method:Using the Bone setting,Tuina and traction to reduce the displacement of cervical or upper thoracic vertebral which may recover the function of sympathetic nerve having been stimulated.32 patients with arrhythmia were treated using this method.Result:The good effective rate and total effective rate in treatment (88%,97%)were higher than the control group(40%,73%),P< 0.01.Conclusion:Bone setting,tuina and traction to reduce the displacement of vertebral is a good rehabilitation method that cure the arrhythmia patients quickly.
