摘要
目的:观察葛根素注射液对急性缺血性脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法 :将60例急性缺血性脑梗塞患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,两组均使用尿激酶 ,治疗组同时还静滴葛根素注射液等 ,综合判定疗效。结果 :葛根素注射液治疗组优于对照组 ,同时还发现葛根素具有降低血液粘滞性、增加脑血流的作用 ,总有效率达83 % ,包括改善肢体运动功能、言语功能等。结论
Objective:To study the effect of gegen injection therapy for acute ischemic stroke.Methods:60 cases treated with gegen injection and urokinase was observed by randomized crossover method and compared.Results:The total clinical effective rate in treatment group was 83%,including improvement of myodynamic ,limb's movement,speaking and so on.Conclusion:Gegen injection is an effective therapy in treating patient with acute ischemic stroke.
