支气管镜介入冷冻联合氩气刀治疗结核性大气道狭窄的疗效 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨支气管镜介入冷冻联合氩气刀治疗结核性大气道狭窄的临床疗效。方法选取2010年8月~2012年2月我院收治的60例结核性大气道狭窄患者为研究对象,将其分为研究组、对照1组和对照2组。对照1组20例患者给予氩气刀治疗,对照2组20例患者给予冷冻治疗,研究组20例患者给予支气管镜介入冷冻联合氩气刀治疗,对比3组患者的临床疗效。结果研究组缓解率为95%,明显优于对照1组的70%和对照2组的65%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论支气管镜介入冷冻联合氩气刀治疗结核性大气道狭窄简便有效,值得临床推广和应用。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bronchoscopic interventional cryotherapy combined with argon knife in the treatment of Tuberculous traeheobronchial stenosis. Methods 60 patients with tuberculous tracheobronchial stenosis in our hospital from August 2010 to February 2012 were subject investigated,all the patients Were divided into the study group,control group 1 and control group 2,20 cases of the control group 1 were treated with argon knife treatment;20 cases of the control group 2 were treated with Cryotherapy,20 cases of the study group were treated with ronchoscopic interventional cryotherapy combined with Argon knife,the clinical effects were compared between the three groups. Results The remission rate of the study group was 95%,it was better than 65% of the control group 1 and the 70% of the control group 2,there were significant differences(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Bronchoscopic interventional cryotherapy combined with Argon knife in the treatment of Tuberculous tracheobronchial stenosis is simple and effective,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
