摘要
2012年9月7日,云南省彝良县先后发生5.7级和5.6级地震,造成重大财产损失和人员伤亡;9月11日,县城又下了暴雨,灾区卫生防疫形势严峻。面对复杂多变的情况,国家、省、市、县疾病预防控制中心联合成立卫生防疫指挥部,组织专家制定地震灾区疾病防控工作方案,整合相关资源和力量,开展了较全面的现场卫生防疫工作,经过2个月的努力,灾后防疫取得阶段性成果,实现了大灾之后无大疫的目标,积累了防疫工作经验。
Heavy property loss and casualties caused by 5.7 and 5.6 magnitude earthquakes which had happened one after another in Yiliang County of Yunnan province on September 7, 2012. Health epidemic prevention situation of disaster region was grim because of the rainstorm on September 11. Facing complicated and diversified situation, a health epidemic prevention headquarters was jointly set up by disease prevention control center of national, provincial, city and county. Disease control and prevention work plans of earthquake disaster region were made by experts. Related resources and power were integrated to carry out a comprehensive epidemic prevention work. After two months of hard work, achievements of post-disaster epidemic prevention were obtained. Goals about no big plague target after calamity were realized. Epidemic prevention work experiences were accumulated.
