摘要
目的了解我院药品不良反应（ADR）发生的特点及规律。方法对我院2012年1～12月上报的292例ADR报告进行回顾性分析。结果在292例ADR报告中，年龄≤20岁的患者所占的比例为18．84％，老年人ADR的构成比为27．74％；而注射剂是引发ADR的主要剂型，占总例数的84．25％，抗菌药物引发的ADR占31．51％，其次是中药注射剂，占19．18％；在临床表现方面，以皮肤及其附件损害最常见，占34．34％。结论临床用药应关注小儿及老年患者等特殊人群，同时应加强抗菌药物及中药注射剂的使用管理，提高药物临床合理应用水平，减少ADR的发生。
Objective To study the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reaction（ADR） in our hospital. Methods 292 ADR cases repoted by our hospital during 2012 January-December were analyzed retrospectively, Results Of the total 292 cases,aged 20 or less of the proportion of patients was 18.84%,the elderly constitute 27.74% of ADR but most of ADR were caused by injection,accounting for 84.25%;antibacterial drug ADR caused by 31.5 1%;Followed by traditional Chinese injection;accounting for 19.18%,main clinical manifestations were lesion of skin and appendants,accounting for 33.33%. Conclusion Clinical medicine should focus on children and elderly patients with special people,at the same time clinical should strengthen antibacterial drugs and traditional Chinese medicine injection use management,improve the clinical rational drug application level,reduce the occurrence of ADR.
