摘要
目的观察生血宁片治疗妊娠中晚期合并贫血的疗效。方法选择2011年7月-2012年7月我院门诊确诊缺铁性贫血的50例（妊娠16周至产前）孕妇，随机分成两组，按大小两个剂量组给予口服生血宁片4周。结果生血宁片治疗妊娠中晚期合并贫血的疗效显著。结论生血宁片治疗妊娠中晚期合并贫血的疗效确切安全，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of Shengxuening tablets in treatment of middle and late trimester of pregnancy combined with anemia. Methods Choose 50 cases of pregnant women with iron-deficiency anemia diagnosed in the section for outpatients of our hospital from July 2011 to July 2012（from 16 weeks of pregnancy to antenatal period） and randomly divide them into 2 groups. Given them Shengxuening tablets of different dosage to take orally for 4 weeks. Results The effect of Shengxuening tablets in treatment of middle and late trimester of pregnancy combined with anemia was notable. Conclusion Shengxuening tablet has safe and exact effects in treatment of middle and late trimester of pregnancy combined with anemia,and is worthy of clinical application.
