摘要
目的观察注射用头孢他啶联合喜炎平注射液治疗小儿急性支气管炎临床疗效。方法选取在本院2012年10月～2012年12月经临床诊断为急性支气管炎的患儿80例，分为对照组40例，给予头孢他啶治疗，治疗组40例，给予头孢他啶和喜炎平注射液治疗。结果两组患者经胸部X线检查结果对比及治疗后药物疗效的对比，治疗组治疗后阳性率明显低于对照组，且治疗组的治疗后药物疗效对比的总有效率（97．5％地明显大于对照组（72．5％）。结论注射用头孢他啶联合喜炎平注射液治疗小儿急性支气管炎配伍稳定，对急性支气管炎中的病毒和细菌感染均有效果，并能降低头孢他啶的不良反应，两种药物协同临床效果好，治愈率高，值得临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical curative efficacy of ceftazidime for injection combined with xiyanping injection in the treatment of acute bronchitis in children. Methods 80 cases of acute bronchitis patients were selected and divided into treatment group 40 cases, which used ceftazidime, and control group 40 cases, which used ceftazidime and Xiyanping injection. Results Chest X-ray examination results and after treatment drug efficacy were compared between two groups. The treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than the control group, and the treatment group after the drug efficacy of the total efficiency （97.5%） was significantly higher than that of control group（72.5%）. Conclusion The compatibility of injection of ceftazidime combined with Xiyanping in the treatment of children with acute bronchitis is stability. Injection of ceflazidime combined with Xiyanping have effects to viral and bacterial infection in acute bronchitis and can reduce the adverse reaction of ceftazidime.two kinds of drugs have good clinical effect and high cure rate, It＇s worthy of clinical application.
