摘要
目的研究并分析肾内科住院患者有关抗菌类药物的应用特点。方法选取医院自2012年1月～2012年6月所收治的肾内科住院患者中的200例为研究对象,对其在住院期间抗菌类药物的使用情况作详细记录与分析。结果 200例肾内科住院患者共有177(88.5%)例患者应用抗菌类药物。同时,以预防性为主抗菌类药物使用患者共计55例(31.07%)。治疗期间涉及到有创治疗患者应用预防性抗菌药物比例为100%。结论肾内科住院患者临床病症复杂,临床感染机率大,并发症发生率高,可适当提高临床有关预防性抗菌类药物的应用比例,确保患者预后水平得到合理改善与提升。
Objective Research and analysis of renal Department of internal medicine patients about the antibacterial drugs application characteristics. Methods Selected in our hospital from 2012 January to 2012 year in June from renal department of internal medicine in hospital patients in 500 cases as the research object, the antibacterial drug use during hospitalization for a detailed record and analysis. Results In 200 cases of renal department of internal medicine in hospital patients with a total of 177（88.5%） patients＇ application of antibacterial drugs.At the same time,in order to prevent the main class of antibacterial drug use in patients with a total of 55 patients（31.07%）.During treatment involves invasive treatment in patients with application of prophylactic antibiotics in proportion to 100%. Conclusion Renal department of internal medicine patients clinical symptom complex,clinical infection rate was high,the complication rate is high,which can improve the clinical preventive antibacterial drugs application proportion,to ensure that the oro^nosis of nAtients with reasonably to improve and enhance the level.
