摘要
目的探讨前哨淋巴结活检术在早期乳腺癌手术治疗中的临床意义,及其的准确性与可行性。方法对2010年1月～2011年11月本院收治的76例早期乳腺癌患者应用亚甲蓝染色法进行SLNB,常规手术后进行SLNB和腋窝淋巴结清扫的病理进行分析。结果 76例患者有70例检测到SLN,检测率为92.1%,准确率、灵敏度、假阴性率、假阳性率分别为95.7%(67/70)、87.8%(36/41)、7.3%(3/41)、0。结论 SLNB可准确判断早期乳腺癌腋窝淋巴转移情况,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate lhe clinical significance of the senlinel lymph node biopsy in lhe surgical treatment of early breast cancer. Methods 76 cases of early breast cancer palienls undergoing SLNB with Methyleneblue in our hospital from January 2010 to November were analyzed retrospeclively about pathology of SLN B and axillary lymph node dissection Results There were 70 cases SLN in all patients.The detection rate of SLNB was 92.1%.The accurate rate,sensilivily of SI,NB and false negative rate respectively was 95.7%（67/70）,87.8%（36/41）and 7.3%（3/41）. hs false positive rate was 0. Conclusion Due to the high accuracy of SLNB,the axillary lymph node melaslasis of early breast cancer van he predicted and judged. SLNB should be widely applied.
