摘要
分析围手术期患者需要输血原因,采取综合措施予以纠正。如术前积极治疗原发疾病,最佳麻醉状态;术中彻底止血;开展无输血手术;术前药物替代输血;自体输血;免输血医学。科学合理输注各种血液制品;避免或减少异体输血降低输血风险;科学合理用血,促进整体医疗水平的提高,同时缓解目前的血液供应紧张,保障医疗安全。
To analyze the causes of perioperative blood transfusion and take comprehensive measures to correct, such as preoperative active treatment of primary disease~ optimum nareotism, complete intraoperative bemostasis, implementation of non-blood transfusion surgery, preoperative drug substitution, autologous blood transfusion and medicine free of blood transfusion. Scientific and rational infusion of blood products should be conducted. Allogeneic blood transfusion should be avoided or reduced in order to reduce the risk of blood transfusion. Scientific and rational use of blood, improvement of the overall level of health care as well as alleviation of the current blood supply shortage should be implemented to protect the medical safety.
