摘要
目的预防库区疾病的发生与流行。方法卫生清理主要采用焚烧和漂白粉消毒的物理和化学相结合的方法对一般性污染源、传染性污染源进行消毒处理;灭鼠采用毒饵为0.005%溴敌隆;用培养法检测粪大肠菌值;结合现场流行病学方法对清理效果进行评价。用鼠夹法评价灭鼠效果。结果全县4个乡镇和县城全面完成库底卫生清理任务,清理一般性污染源粪池7503个(处)、沼气池523个,传染性污染源(34处)、灭鼠面积:耕地12258亩,建筑物2416254m2。码头104020m2。清理后,粪大肠菌值符合《粪便无害化卫生标准》>10-2(GB7959-1987)卫生标准,鼠密度灭鼠前农耕区3.32%、城市拆迁区13.27%,灭鼠后农耕区0.26%,城市拆迁区0.52%。结论向家坝水电站绥江库区库底卫生清理符合国家大型水库蓄水要求,能够满着向家坝水电站绥江库区381米以下水位线以及影响区的蓄水需要。

Conclusion Suijiang in xiangjiaba hydropower station reservoir impoundment of the reservoir bottom cleaning large reservoirs in conformity with national requirements,can meet the xiangjiaba hydropower station in suijiang area below the water line(381 meters above sea level)and water needs of the affected area.
