摘要
目的分析使用简易鼻塞式CPAP即持续正压通气治疗新生儿呼吸困难的相关护理措施。方法本次实验选取阳江市妇幼保健院新生儿重症监护室在2008年10月～2011年10月收治的48例有呼吸困难症状的新生儿作为研究对象,对所有的患者均进行简易鼻塞式CPAP治疗,同时给予患者综合性临床护理,对患者的临床护理效果进行回顾性分析。结果 48例呼吸困难的新生儿患者中,42例治愈出院,4例患者中途放弃治疗,还有2例患者转院接受治疗。结论本次研究结果表明,呼吸困难的新生儿患者在接受简易鼻塞式CPAP治疗的同时,介绍接受综合性的临床护理,可以显著地改善各项临床症状。在临床上有较高的应用价值,值得推广使用。
Objective To analyze the use of the simple nasal CPAP treatment of neonatal respiratory difficulties related care measures. Methods The experiments selected NICU admitted from October 2008 to October 2011,48 patients have the dyspnea symptoms of neonatal as the object of study,all patients were simple nasal CPAP treatment given comprehensive clinical care of patients, the effect retrospectively analyzed the clinical care of patients. Results The results of 48 cases of dyspnea neonatal patients,42 patients were cured and discharged patients abandoned treatment,2 patients transferred for treatment. Conclusion Discuss the results of this study showed that dyspnea neonatal patients to accept a simple nasal CPAP treatment.Introduction to accept comprehensive clinical care,can significantly improve various clinical symptoms.Higher clinical value and should be introduced.
