EB病毒阳性的间变样浆细胞瘤一例 被引量：7

摘要 患者男，75岁。因鼻出血2个月于2012年5月入院。人院检查患者无鼻塞及发热，鼻前庭内见一1．2cmX0．8cm×0．5cm灰红色溃疡，CT检查鼻腔骨质未见破坏，全身浅表淋巴结无肿大，血常规检查向细胞正常。PET—CT检查全身其余部位无高代谢灶。无移植以及免疫缺陷病史。人院后行溃疡切除活检术。
