从牙周细菌的定植及远处播散认识牙周医学 被引量：7

摘要 20世纪90年代以来，牙周医学作为牙周病学的一个分支学科日益受到重视，人们已经认识到全身系统性疾病是影响牙周健康和牙周病的发生、发展乃至治疗反应的重要因素，牙周病也同时影响着全身健康及系统性疾病的发生与发展,从而明确了牙周健康与全身健康的双向关系。心血管疾病、不良妊娠结局、吸入性肺炎、类风湿关节炎、2型糖尿病以及导致慢性胃炎、胃溃疡的幽门螺杆菌感染近年来受到广泛关注，这些全身性疾病或者状态可能与牙周感染有关。
