摘要
采用宏观与微观相结合，利用现代医学手段、实验室指标与临床症状相结合辨治肾功能衰竭，力求在辨证论治研究上有新的突破。对其病因的认识主要有湿、浊、瘀之邪，对其病机认识总属正虚邪实，但因人各有侧重不同，具体有湿浊滞留，瘀血阻滞，元阳式微，精血亏耗，肾元虚衰。通过宏观与微观相结合辨证使临床上用药更具指导性。
To treat renal failure according to diagnosis, combining macrocosm and microcosm, adopting modern medicinal measures, combining experimental indexes and clinical symptoms, and striving to have a new breakthrough in the study of diagnosis and treatment. The author thought its pathogeny mainly lied in dampness, muddiness and stasis, and its pathogenesis always belonged to body resisting weakened while pathogenic factors prevailing, but the emphasis was different with each individual, and the pathogenesis concretely included retention of dampness and stasis, accumulation of blood stasis, insufficiency of the kidney－ yang, deficiency of body fluid and blood as well as failure of the kidney－ yang. So, it would be more instructive meaning that diagnosis and a treatment with combining macrocosm and microcosm in the clinical practice.
