摘要
目的:探讨酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)、甲苯胺红不加热血清试验(TRUST)和梅毒螺旋体明胶颗粒凝集法(TP-PA)三种试验方法在梅毒检测中的应用价值。方法:对100例梅毒确诊病例,应用ELISA、TRUST、TP-PA三种方法检测,比较三种方法检测结果阳性率。结果:TPPA阳性率为99%,ELISA阳性率为95%,TRUST阳性率为60%。结论:TP-ELISA适合大批量筛查;TP-PA更加适合确诊实验;TRUST适合观察疗效。
Objective：To study the application value of ELISA,TRUST and TP - PA three test methods in syphilis test. Methods：100 cases of syphilis confirmed case, the application of ELISA, TRUST, TP - PA three methods detection, compare three methods test. Results ：positive results： TP-PA positive rate 99% ELISA positive rate 95% TRUST positive rate 60%. Conclusion：TP-ELISA is suitable for mass screening;TP - PA is more suitable for the diagnosis, TRUST is for curative effect observation
