摘要
本试验用新城疫I系苗肌肉注射 2周龄健康雏鸡 ,剂量是 2头份 /只 ,复制免疫应激模型。通过对免疫应激后第 1、 3、 5、 1 0、 1 5、 2 0d的法氏囊、胸腺、脾脏和盲肠扁桃体各器官组织病理学、活性B淋巴细胞和IgG、IgM抗体生成细胞的动态变化研究 ,结果发现 :(a)与对照组相比 ,各器官中浆细胞、巨噬细胞 (MΦ)、淋巴细胞数量增多 ,而且脾脏、盲肠扁桃体中的淋巴小结数增多。 (b)各免疫器官中活性B淋巴细胞在第 5天开始显著增多 ,并且在第 1 0天达到高峰 (P <0 0 1 )。 (c)各免疫器官中IgG抗体生成细胞在应激第 1 5天达到高峰 ,呈持续增长趋势 ;IgM抗体生成细胞法氏囊在第 5天 ,脾脏和盲肠、扁桃体在第 1 0天达到高峰 ,以后缓慢下降 ,且仍显著高于对照组(P <0 0 1 )。这表明在本试验的免疫应激条件下体液免疫功能未被抑制。
Two-week-old chickens were vaccinated with Newcastle Disease I series by intramuscular injection , the dosage was 2 dose per chicken,and then the immunologic stress model was built repeatedly to observe the microscope structure changes and the dynamic changes of activated B lymphocytes, IgG and IgM antibody-producing cells in the bursa of fabricius,thymus, spleen and cecal tonsil at different days after immunologic stress. Three conclusions was reached:(a) The immunologic stress chickens stimulated significant increase of plasmocytes, macrophages (Mφ),lymphocytes and lymph nodules in immmune organs.(b) Theactivated B lymphocytes significantly increased in immune organs of the immunologic stress chickens compared with the control chickens. (c)IgG antibody-producing cells increased late but continuously and it peaked at 15th day after immunologic stress, and IgM antibody-producing cells increased fast and it peaked in the bursa of Fabricius at 5th day and in the spleen,cecal tonsil at l0th day. These demonstrate that the humoral immunity response was hardly restrained by immunologic stress.
