摘要
通过对潜伏者和新生儿进行预防接种,假设接种并非完全有效,且痊愈后不具有永久免疫力的一类传染病的研究,建立了带有潜伏期的SVEIR传染病模型,得到了决定传染病是否会成为地方病的基本再生数R0,以及无病平衡点和地方病平衡点;利用Lassalle不变原理证明了平衡点的全局稳定性.
By means of the study of the epidemic model,and not lasting after treatment,a SV / EIP epidemic model with vaccination for the newborns and the infected was established,and the basic reproduction number was found,whether the disease will become the endemic disease was determined by R 0,and the disease-free equilibrium and endemic equilibrium R 0 was obtained and the global stability of equilibrium points were proved by Lassalle,s invariant principle.
