摘要 通过汽车转向节臂断裂后的硬度检查及金相组织分析,对该零件的热处理工艺进行探讨,确定合理的热处理工艺参数,有效的解决生产中的实际问题。 The article gives a hardness test and metallurgical microstructure analysis on the fracture arm of the 42CrMo steel steering knuckle, then discusses the thermal treatment process of steering knuckle arm, and finally formulates some reasonable thermal treatment process parameters to effectively solve actual problems in production.
