摘要
高校辅导员队伍建设问题是高校大学生思想政治教育工作中的突出问题,本文通过问卷调查和访谈,分析了青海省普通高校辅导员队伍建设存在的问题,包括影响辅导员队伍建设的多种不稳定因素,并分析了存在问题的原因。
The prominent problem of political and ideological instructors in the universities is the team construction. The author intends to analyze the problems, such as construction of the team, including some factors influence the stabilizing instructor team, and cause of the problems through questionnaire and interviews.
