摘要
要提高基层图书馆的读者服务工作,必须转变观念,改变传统的服务模式,强化服务意识,另外重视图书馆整体形象的建设以及对读者给予更多的人文关怀,运用新举措、新方法,提高服务质量和服务水平。
To improve the reader service in local libraries, it is necessary to change our ideas, trans- form our traditional service model and strengthen our service consciousness. Besides, we should put em- phasis on the image construction of libraries so as to offer readers more humanistic care and improve the service quality and level with new methods.
